Matt Lieberman (screenplay from), Matt Lieberman (story from) Gomez and Mortisia Adams move to an abandoned mansion in New Jersey, surrounded by swamps and hidden by fog on top of mountains, to start a family. Thirteen years later, Gomez teaches his son Pugsley the Adams family sword tradition, while on Wednesday he asks his mother about the world at the mansion gates. Meanwhile, the community was raised by the Nieler Clan, who was responsible for selling houses, and the swamp was drained. When he saw the old house in the neighborhood, he decided to get rid of the Adams family.
